As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in mental and behavioral health, my work is grounded not only in clinical psychotherapy, but in understanding how emotional patterns, subconscious conditioning, nervous system responses, and past experiences shape the way people think, feel, react, and function in everyday life.
Over the years, I found that many individuals gain insight in therapy, yet still struggle to create lasting change in the patterns causing emotional distress, anxiety, unhealthy coping behaviors, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, or feeling emotionally stuck.

By integrating psychotherapy with hypnotherapy and subconscious-based therapeutic methods, the work helps address not only conscious thoughts and behaviors, but also the underlying emotional conditioning driving them.
The goal is to help create greater emotional awareness, regulation, confidence, internal clarity, and meaningful movement beyond the patterns that no longer align with the life you want to experience.

It is not enough to pull a tool from the standardized box of treatment protocols just because it fits the medical model mold. The medical model works in the medical setting; but it can be very limiting in the world of mental health and personal development.
I am a firm believer that for therapy to be effective, needs to involve working with the subconscious mind. (Also known as the unconscious mind). Unfortunately, many therapists are not trained to work with the subconscious.
This is truly a misfortune as the subconscious mind is exponentially more powerful than the conscious mind. And it is here where real change and healing will happen!
